Principal Data Scientist

Ordr is looking for a results-driven and exceptionally talented data science guru to take our AI enabled security and business intelligence solution to the next level. The Principal Data Scientist will report to the Head of Security Research and Analytics and work closely with other data scientists, security researchers and product management leadership. This individual will be responsible for driving the AI research and development at the core of the Ordr Systems Control Engine, the industry’s leading device control, regulation and protection platform.


  • An individual contributor role to help solve network security problems using advanced data analytics and data driven technologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements

Senior Software Engineer

Ordr is looking for a talented senior software developer with a data science and network security background to help take our AI-enabled device control, regulation and protection solution to the next level. The Senior Software Engineer will report to VP of Engineering and work closely with our data scientists, security researchers and product managers. The individual will be responsible for driving the AI and security feature development of the Ordr Systems Control Engine, the industry’s leading device control, regulation and protection platform.

Customer Success Manager

Ordr is looking for a talented, results-driven Customer Success Manager to drive articulation of client project requirements to ensure the successful delivery of every project.  The ideal candidate must have the unique ability to distill complex and diverse data into meaningful and useful information in order to ensure customer successes, and must provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of post sales activities to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.


  • Build and maintain technical relationship with customer. Become the go-to person for any technical question customer might have.
  • Address product related questions and technical challenges
  • Be a customer advocate in influencing product roadmap and features
  • Understand customer’s network architecture design and operating challenges. Integrate customer internal applications and systems with Ordr IoT fabric or identify upsell opportunity to address these needs.
  • Keep track of new security threats discovered by Ordr or other security vendor and provide customer information and guidance utilizing Ordr solution to deal with these new threats
  • Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business objectives

UX designer

Ordr is looking for a world-class UX Designer with a comprehensive and intuitive understanding of end-user behavior, processes and expectations, and the unique ability to convert that understanding into actionable UX designs. This individual will play a key role in continually improving and enhancing the already innovative functionality and usability of the Ordr Systems Control Engine, the industry’s leading device control, regulation and protection platform.

Senior Product Manager

Ordr is looking for a world-class Senior Product Manager to lead product planning and delivery for the company. This position will report to the VP of Products and drive product planning based on data, analysis, collaboration, and a strong understanding of the customer and their use cases. The individual needs to be highly organized and adept at leading and influencing across cross-functional teams; needs excellent communication skills with the ability to drive outcomes across product, design, engineering, business, and enablement teams. The candidate must be excited to operate as an individual contributor initially, with a keen interest to be the anchor to lead a team as the company grows.

Your Opportunity: 

  • Lead product management for the Ordr System Control engine through the software development life cycle

Marketing Demand Gen Manager

Ordr is looking for a peerless Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to help build demand generation programs that immediately build sales pipeline. This position will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for creating unique lead generation campaigns including email marketing, social media, SEM, webinars, events and content marketing to drive qualified pipeline. This role will work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to develop necessary content and resources to ensure prospect and customer engagement. This role will also partner with sales development to ensure leads are properly entered, processed and addressed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter passionate about helping us create and grow a kick ass demand generation engine.

  • Proven marketing and lead generation experience in software, security and/or networking.

Business Development Representative

Ordr is seeking a highly motivated business development rep and team builder to join a dynamic startup selling actionable AI for the hyper-connected enterprise.  Ordr is growing rapidly and is looking for a self-starter to help us realize early market opportunities while helping to build a demand generation machine of the future.   This position represents a significant growth and development opportunity for the right candidate.  The company is well funded and provides competitive compensation package, stock options, benefits, and an exciting work environment.

The business development rep will be responsible for assisting in driving pipeline, cultivating partner relationships with key VAR partners to help close opportunities, and driving engagement with prospects across multiple vertical markets.  The position requires the ability to self-motivate, to collaborate with cross functional teams, and to support efforts of both sales and marketing. Candidates must have the communication skills to properly position complex network and security solutions to customers of varying levels of technical background.

The role involves:

  • Follow up of outbound leads from marketing activities, partner referrals, web form submissions, and digital campaigns
  • Focused named-account hunting in conjunction with the territory sales teams
  • Scheduling and participating in detailed product demonstrations
  • Configuring quotes for partners and end users
