Earlier this year, we set out to complete thirteen integrations in two quarters. That was an ambitious number to commit to, and I could not be prouder of the team for delivering every one of them. ORDR organically discovers and classifies all connected devices, and the integrations capture and unify all asset Intelligence. Asset Management, CMDB, and Physical Security Systems Integrations
Freshservice IT Asset Management and Jira CMBD, traditionally known for IT Service Management, also offer asset management solutions that ORDR taps into for closing the CMBD gaps, simplifying inventory management, and setting an easier path to compliance.
TruAsset integration with ORDR, helps healthcare organizations operationalize medical device security within existing clinical engineering and asset management workflows. ORDR’s critical medical device security data, including FDA recalls, CVEs, and network anomalies, are mapped to assets managed in TruAsset. A clinical engineering team can see ORDR’s device risk context alongside their existing maintenance records, so they know which infusion pumps or imaging systems need attention first, without leaving their tool.
Avigilon Alta Video integration gets deeper visibility into physical security environments by surfacing camera inventory, connectivity, health, configuration, and location details added to the broader connected asset intelligence. With cameras and physical security systems being the most overlooked and targeted connected devices, security teams can now easily spot an offline, misconfigured, or unexpectedly placed camera from the same platform they use for every other connected asset.
Network Visibility and Infrastructure Intelligence Integrations
VMware Aria integration eliminates the virtual infrastructure blind spot for a lot of security programs. With deep visibility into virtualized environments in ORDR, hybrid estates can be seen and secured with the same rigor as physical and IoT assets. A team running workloads across VMware can correlate VM and infrastructure details with ORDR’s broader asset intelligence, giving security a single, unified view of a hybrid environment instead of two disconnected pictures.
AKIPS network monitoring data captured by ORDR provides better network awareness and far more accurate device location, even as the environment changes. Security teams can pinpoint precisely where a device connects and maintain a current, trustworthy map of connected assets, which shortens the time it takes to track down a problem device.
HPE Mist AI integration helps organizations similarly by adding rich wireless connectivity and location intelligence, so even roaming and hard-to-pin-down IoT devices stay properly identified, monitored, and secured.

But visibility alone is not enough. To reduce risk, organizations need context that helps them understand which assets matter most, pose the most risk, and where action is required.

A security team can instantly see which devices lack EDR coverage and close those gaps before they become an incident.
Observability and Security Analytics Integrations
Cribl integration gives organizations control over their telemetry pipelines. A SOC can send ORDR’s rich asset intelligence and security alerts to the right destinations and build custom alerts, reports, and analyses that are most critical to their environment.
Dynatrace integration captures details on Dynatrace-monitored infrastructure, apps and vulnerabilities for unified asset intelligence and proactive risk assessment across the full stack. Security teams can automatically correlate application and infrastructure data from Dynatrace with asset context from ORDR, so prioritizing risks that matter most across both the network and workloads running on it becomes easier than ever.
SECURE: Accelerate Zero Trust and Segmentation Initiatives

Zero Networks integration empowers Security teams to set policies based on ORDR’s extensive asset intelligence, eliminating the complexity of dynamic IPs and reliability on agent-based solutions. It extends microsegmentation to devices that were previously unmanaged or unsupported. Organizations can automatically send accurate device identity and deep context to Zero Networks to set appropriate segmentation policies for all assets, including previously unmanaged or unsupported devices, where segmentation projects usually stall.
AUTOMATE: Turn Intelligence into Action

IT Service Management and Workflow Orchestration Integration
ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus integration is bidirectional connecting ORDR asset intelligence directly to service management workflows. ORDR collects asset information and operational context from ServiceDesk Plus, and automatically generates a ticket the moment a threat or incident is detected. The ticket is created and routed to the right team automatically, streamlining collaboration between security and IT teams so nothing gets lost in the handoffs.
